Well The Magic spell is sort of pointless when there is no gravity. :/

In space the unliftable is liftable… it’s uh… sort of common sense. The thing is that you cannot tell if you are lifting up or down.

Also I find it suprising that Rulk figured that out, but not Thor. Even more I thouhgt it was clever that Rulk knew the only way to pick up the hammer on Earth is to take Thor with it. :/

Red Hulk is pretty Marvel’s version of Lobo, but a different origin steeped in mystery.

And did it actually state Savage Hulk(who’s about as smart as a 3 year old) out-smarted Rulk by making him overheat? Or was it just a plot-device that allowed Savage Hulk to win?

It appears that this Red Hulk is very intelligent, much more intelligent than the normal savage Hulk, possibly even more than the Professor Hulk. He uses a very sophisticated virus capable of destroying all of Hulk’s files in S.H.I.E.L.D.’s database, possibly one of the most secure in the world. He also displays the use of firearms. Although he is intelligent he was outsmarted by the savage Hulk when he tricked the Red Hulk into overheating.

The Red Hulk is actually capable of physically harming and even destroying cosmic entities as old and potent as Uatu and the Grandmaster with enhanced powers, as well as absorbing the energies of the Power Cosmic of a Herald of Galactus and slaying the Sorcerer Supreme, even daring to challenge and enrage Galactus himself. [ I think he will be my #2 on my hero list.

Red Hulk – #616 – - Crossing the Canadian wilderness, the Red Hulk was attacked by a Wendigo, which he ended up killing. The government detected the Red Hulk in the Bering Strait when a satellite detected the seismic activity of the Hulk landing on the ground. In Dimitri, Russia, the Red Hulk murdered the Abomination.

In New York, the Red Hulk attacked Director of S.H.I.E.L.D Tony Stark’s newly commissioned Helicarrier causing it to crash land and be destroyed. While there Red Hulk erased all files on the Hulk, using a sophisticated computer virus. After this attack Red Hulk headed to Gamma Base in Death Valley, Nevada where he squared off against A-Bomb before having to face android Harpies, and the original Hulk.
Red Hulk punches Uatu.

Red Hulk even punched Uatu in the face for trying to watch their battle. Some of Doc Samson’s clothing was found with dramatically increased radiation, so it is possible that Doc was the Red Hulk, although that is not conclusive yet. After fighting, and defeating, the Savage Hulk he was on top of a bridge claiming to be “the strongest there is” until interrupted by Thor. However, Thor found himself surprised and the Red Hulk managed, to get the upper hand, and leave Thor on the moon. Returning to Earth, Red Hulk went on to cause an earthquake in San Fransisco which was being dealt with by the Hulk, She-Hulk, A-Bomb, the Avengers and the Fantastic Four. Thor then returns, and stating that he is angry, he promptly defeats Red Hulk in a few moments, and was about to slay him, but was stopped by A-Bomb, who said the Savage Hulk must be the one who defeats the Red Hulk. The Savage Hulk, and the Red Hulk then engage in combat, and it seems that the Red Hulk was gaining the upper hand, but then the Red Hulk overheated, and suddenly became really dizzy. This allowed the Savage Hulk to defeat the Red Hulk. After his defeat, Red Hulk was visited by Doc Samson and General Thunderbolt Ross who said they gave Red Hulk his power to defeat Hulk and now that he had failed they were cutting him loose.

She-Hulk later gathered Thundra and Valkyrie as the Lady Liberators in an effort to apprehend the Red Hulk near Mount Rushmore, accidentally destroying the sculpture of Lincoln’s face.

They seemed to defeat him. After most of the group left, Red Hulk revealed he had played possum, and took Thundra forging a partnership with her.

To settle a bet with the Grandmaster, the Collector teamed up Red Hulk with Tiger Shark, Baron Mordo, and Terrax against Hulk, Namor, Doctor Strange, and Silver Surfer. Eager for revenge on the his counterpart, Red Hulk agreed to take part in the fight, dubbing his team “The Offenders”. He killed everyone and then went after Galactus. Galactus became enraged, took away the Red Hulk’s Silver Surfer powers he had taken before, and sent him to Earth. Tired of taking orders from Grandmaster, he killed him. Before he died he brings the Defenders and the Offenders back to life and the Defenders defeated Red Hulk. The Grandmaster decided to show the Hulk the dead body of Jarella, breaking the Hulk’s heart which gave the Red Hulk great satisfaction.

It was later revealed that MODOK and A.I.M. had a part in the creation of the Red Hulk.

Hello Again,
You are correct about one thing, not enough time taken to reflect on character attributes. As for the Superman/Hulk thing, that’s not character vs. character – That’s just “I’m DC and your not” scripting. Also, I am aware of Thor’s capabilities, As I have almost every issue but I do realize this is not about the characters as much as it is about creative,(albeit shallow)shock factor writing. As for my description of character biography, your absolutely right… stupid words make you angry, and when you get angry, HHUUL.. I mean, You SMASH!!!! The point being… poor scripting with out thought. Bash me if you will, but I know people in the business and I know the detail of many of marvel’s elite….the files of those characters, their back round and profile in almost snail like detail. The “FBI FILES” of the Marvel Universe. And as an Artist/Penciler, I can tell you of a certainty that there is not enough time taken to create a great series based on the character’s profile/ back round because of money making deadlines. This is not always the case but is for the majority of Big Cooperation comics produced today. By the way, “Most powerful and no logic” = “NO real effort + a poorly conceived script” Thor + Watcher Smash!!! doesn’t work. and “THAT’S all”.

In all the arguments that all of you are writing here, I see just the intention to explain (as if you or anybody could) the powers of comic book characters using the laws of phisics. “Gamma explosion”, “self sustained cancer grows”,and the best of all: “atoms running into themselves at an uncontrollable rate which eventually results in fission”. All of these explanations are just garbage don´t contemplated by the writers. They just don´t think about all this stuff. They just wants to sell books!!! That´s all. If not, explain to me, Lee King, why Superman beated Hulk with ONE PUNCH in the Marvel vs DC absurd story. So, if anybody could aply some logics to all of this, could say that if Superman defeated Hulk who defeated, I don´t know, let´s say Silver Surfer, then it´s for sure than Supes will beat Silver Surfer. And nothing of this is considered for the writers. They don´t even know about the history of characters, they mutual fights and all of this. In the RULK series, Loeb just is trying to tell to us that if RULK defeated Abbomination, then Iron Man and Shield, then She hulk, then Hulk, Watcher and Thor is one of the most powerful beings in the Marvel universe. And that´s all. No logic intend, and no logic needed or given!
